How to access your season tickets and tickets that have been transferred to you.

This link is the only way to access your season tickets/tickets transferred to you online. This link is known as your Account Manager. The email address that we have on file is the email that will be attached to your season tickets. Your email address can be linked if you have an existing TicketMaster account (this still means you cannot access these tickets through the TicketMaster app).
Once in the landing page for the Mountain America Center’s Account Manager, you can log into your account by selecting “Sign In/Sign Up” in the upper right hand corner and entering your email address and password.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to click “Manage Tickets” or in the Drop down menu to click “My Events”. There you will be able to find your Spud Kings events for the season and be able to transfer, download, manage, resell and access your tickets from any device.
You’ll be able to download your tickets to your Apple or Google wallet to easily access your tickets the day of the game.
How do I transfer my tickets?
Transferring your tickets to your friends, family and co-workers is simple! When clicked on the specific event needing transferred, you’ll find the “transfer” option on the right side just above your tickets. You’ll be able to select the specific tickets needing transferred if only transferring a select amount of tickets or to multiple people. In order to transfer your tickets, all you will need is their first and last name, as well as an email address or phone number (phone number is only available if transferring on a mobile device). They will receive an email or text message that tickets have been transferred to them and will need to accept them prior to the game by 7 PM. If they do not have a TicketMaster account, you can still send them to an email address in order to be able to create an account to access them. Any tickets transferred through the Account Manager can only be accessed through the same way.
If you accidentally misspell an email or phone number in the transfer process, you can easily go back into the ticket, hit "cancel transfer" and then re-transfer it again to the correct email/phone.
How do I resell my tickets online?
We understand that there may be times that you won’t be able to join us which is why you have the availability to resell your tickets online! When clicked on the event specifically needing to resell, you’ll find the “sell” option on the right side just above your tickets.
FAQ
Why can I not access my tickets through the TicketMaster app?
Unfortunately there is no way that your season tickets/tickets transferred from the Account Manager/tickets purchased through Melaleuca Field. The only way to access these tickets will be through the Account Manager portal from the Mountain America Center.
Why is the sell option on my tickets greyed out?
Good anytime tickets and comp tickets will not allow you the option to resell your tickets.
Why can I not download my tickets to my Apple or Google Wallet?
Some tricks in order to download your tickets are the following:

Turn your phone landscape if the button is not appearing

Make sure that you don’t have extra tabs open on your browser

If any VPNS on, please turn them off

Make sure your phone has the latest system update installed
If tickets were texted to you from Melaleuca Field, you will not be able to download your tickets to your wallet. The texted link will be your access for your tickets and will need to be pulled up. Tickets can not be screenshotted.
Why will my barcode not appear and be prompted to call Melaleuca Field?
Your account may be showing a potential payment due which will not allow you access to your tickets for those games. If you feel this is an error, please give us a call at Melaleuca Field to restore this issue.
Why do no events appear in my Account Manager when I login?
Make sure that the email address you are using to log into the Account Manager is the same that we have on file here. If no tickets are still appearing, please give us a call at Melaleuca Field to fix this issue.
Why am I required to fill out a form when selling my tickets?
Any seller or fan whose annual gross transaction value across the U.S. Ticketmaster marketplace (including Account Manager) exceeding $600 will receive a form 1099 from Ticketmaster for that year.
I transferred my tickets to someone and they did not receive an email, what do I do?
Email tends to filter these messages into spam so check into your spam folder to see if the email landed there. If no email, please sign into your account via the Account Portal and accept the tickets through there. If no prompt to accept your tickets and no event shows up, please call our office at Melaleuca Field for further assistance.
