Things to know before you attend events at the Mountain America Center

1. Digital Tickets: Ticketmaster is the only verified ticket provider. Download the Ticketmaster app and use the “My Events” tab to access your mobile tickets quickly at entry.
2. Cashless Venue: No cash accepted at concessions, box office, or merchandise stands. Use credit/debit cards or convert cash to a prepaid Visa at cash-to-card kiosks in the venue at no charge.
3. Clear Bag Policy: Bags must be clear and under 14"x14"x6" or a clutch under 4.5"x6". Diaper and medical bags permitted.
4. Prohibited Items: Weapons, outside food or drinks, tobacco or alcohol, bottles, cans, flasks, pro cameras, and strollers/wagons are not allowed. Please review our list of prohibited items.
5. Entry Times: Doors open at 6:00 PM. Puck drops at 7:00 PM. Arrive early to get through security and find your seat with ease.
6. Child Ticket Policy: Children age 2 and under may enter without a ticket if seated on a parent’s lap.

Where do I park?

Ample parking is available on-site and in surrounding lots. Arrive early for the best spots.

Can I bring a sign or flag?

Yes, as long as it does not obstruct other fans' view or contain offensive material.

Are cameras allowed?

Personal photos are allowed, but no professional equipment or video recording during gameplay.
