Hillcrest High School is the official academic partner of the Idaho Falls Spud Kings. As a competitive NCDC hockey program, we understand the rigorous demands of junior hockey—and so does Hillcrest.

With a blend of in-person classes and online coursework, Hillcrest offers customized learning paths designed for players pursuing both academic excellence and high-level athletic goals. Students can work toward a diploma from an accredited school while taking advanced college-prep courses tailored to their future plans.

Every player receives a one-on-one planning session with Hillcrest staff to map out the right educational approach. Whether in a traditional classroom or on the road with a laptop, student-athletes stay on track—both on and off the ice.
